Shuyang Yasen Jiudeli Wood Industry was founded in October 2006, located next to Shuhai Road in Shuyang County with convenient transportation. With nearly 20 years of wood processing experience, we specialize in producing LVL laminated veneer lumber. The company is equipped with 7 production lines, 10 dryers, 7 cold presses, and 8 hot presses, with the longest cold and hot presses reaching 6500mm. Additionally, the factory has 3 sanding machines and 2 stripping machines. The company covers an area of approximately 80,000㎡, currently employs 118 workers, and has a monthly production capacity of up to 80 containers, about 3800 cubic meters/month. Among these, core material accounts for 20% of monthly production, poplar studs account for 40%, and pine studs account for 40%.

Shuyang Yasen Jiudeli Wood Industry mainly produces poplar LVL studs (urea-formaldehyde glue/phenolic glue), pine LVL studs (urea-formaldehyde glue/phenolic glue), core materials, and other products, primarily exporting to Japan, Taiwan (China), Australia, and other regions. We offer personalized customization based on wood species, glue types, and product specifications.

Since obtaining JAS certification (LVL for fixtures) on October 3, 2011, Shuyang Yasen Jiudeli Wood Industry has accumulated nearly 14 years of JAS production experience. On January 5, 2024, the company obtained JAS 140E SLVL certification again. Additionally, the company holds FSC forest certification and CFCC/PEFC-COC forest certification. We have a fully equipped JAS laboratory capable of conducting multiple product tests including soaking stripping tests, moisture content tests, formaldehyde emission tests, bending strength tests, and horizontal shear force tests.
